why am I not surprised? General Tried to Warn Bush on Tillman Death

The Military and the Politicans collaborating so things are kept from what acutally happened.
They don't know know what is going, rush men and women and battle with the right equipment or cover up when things go wrong. .
Here is more about that poor guy Pat Tillma who ditched a career as a football player to work with the miltary because he wanted to. He paid with his life not really during on duty in a real combat situation but because of friendly fire and a ridiculous series of mistakes only the military could go.
Then they try to cover it up and then Bush is the middle of it. Why am I not surprised

SAN JOSE, Calif. (March 31) - For weeks after his death, the Pentagon maintained that Pat Tillman was killed in an enemy ambush, even after a top general tried to warn President Bush that the NFL star-turned-soldier likely died by friendly fire, according to a memo obtained by The Associated Press.

NY times " These poor contracting practicing have left the Defense Dept. vulnerable to fraud. waste amd abuse and vulnerable to sactions and the loss of public trust." More then 1/2 of the contracts were awarded without competition or without checks to determine thatt he prices were reasonable. 92% of the work reviewed was awarded without verifyingthatthe contractors cost estimates were accurate. 96% were inaccurately monitored.
